Therefore, In order to arouse a general awakening in the common man in favour of protection of wild life, the Indian Board of Wildlife (IBWL) decided to observe the Wildlife Week and since then from 2nd to 8th October every year organise different activities related to wildlife conservation to commemorates this week.
