This question is the mirror image of the first. Just test each choice by the initial conditions. All arc acceptable on the basis of the first condition (that he take courses in at least two different areas) and the second condition (English and Fine Arts cannot be taken together). (3), however, runs afoul of the third condition, for there we have a Maths course without an accompanying Science course.
