In input in a full - wave rectifier is `e=50 sin(314t)" volt"`, diode resistance is `100Omega` and load resistance is `1kOmega` then, pulse frequency of output voltage is

A

50 Hz

B

100 Hz

C

150 Hz

D

200 Hz

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The correct Answer is:
B

Input supply is e = 50sin(314t) volt
So frequency is `f = omega/(2pi) = 314/(2pi) f = 50 Hz`
For full wave rectifier frequency of output wave is double the input frequency. So it will be 100Hz.
