Calcium, potassium and sodium are macrominerals as they are needed by the body in larger amounts whereas iodine is a trace mineral as it is needed by the body in very small amount. Vitamin A, D and E are fat-soluble vitamins while vitamin B is a water soluble vitamin. Cheese is rich in protein while oil, butter and ghee are rich in fat.
