The correct Answer is:
C

The molar mass of `Fe_(2)(SO_4)_3 = 400g `
No. of moles = `("given mass")/("molar mass")= (40)/(100)= 0.1`
1 mol of ferric sulphate contains 2 mol of iron .
`:.` 0.1 mol of ferric sulphate will contain ` 2 xx 0.1 = 0.2 mol of Fe`
1 mol of ferric sulphate contains 3 mol of S .
`:.` 0.1 mol of ferric sulphate will contain ` 3xx 0.1 = 0.3 ` mol of S
1 mol of ferric sulphate contains 12 mol of oxygen .
`:.` 0.1 mol of ferric sulphate will contain `=12 xx 0.1`
=1.2 mol of oxygen
