`L_p = 2.1 ` cm , `L_Q = 3.0 cm, L_R = 3.1 cm` , `L_s = 2.5 ` cm
Average length of these sticks
`=(L_P + L_Q + L_R + L_S)/4 = (2.1 + 3.0 + 3.1 + 2.5)/(4)`
= 2.675 cm = 2.7 cm
