After vigorous exercise both ATP and stored glycogen in our body are used up to provide energy. Hence, their amount will be decreased. Due to less supply of oxygen anaerobic respiration takes places in muscle tissue which produces lactic acid hence the amount will be increased. Due to acid accumulation pH will decrease.
