A

Let volume of A = x L
Volume of B = (2 - x)L
`because M_(1)V_(1)+M_(2)V_(2)=M(V_(1)+V_(2))`
`implies 0.5x+0.1(2-x)=0.2(x+2-x)`
(`because` for HCl, 0.1M HCl = 0.1N HCl)
`implies 0.5x+0.2-0.1x=0.2xx2`
`implies0.4x+0.2=0.4implies0.4x=0.2`
`therefore x=(0.2)/(0.4)=0.5L`
Since x = 0.5 L (vol. of A), then
`2-x=2-0.5=1.5L` (Vol. of B).
