Asexual reproduction of plasmodium occurs in the liver and RBC. First the sporozoites infected stage of plasmodium enter the liver cells. The sporozoite enter into liver as trophozoite and undergo multiple divisions to form schizont. The schizont differentiate into merozoite and attack RBC to start erythrocytic schizogony.
