Explanation

The infective stage of plasmodium is sporozoite which is present in salivary gland of mosquito and enter in our body when it bite. This sporozoite enter into liver as trophozoite and undergo multiple divisions to form schizont. Schizont differentiate into microzoites which attack RBC and causes its rupture as a result haemozoin is released which causes chilling fever.
