The correct Answer is:
D

Each vascular bundle is conjoint, collateral, open and with endarch in proto-xylem dicot stem. In gymnosperm and dicot stem vascular bundles contain both xylem, phloem and a strip vascular cambium (between phloem and xylem or each vascular bundle) called intra-fascicular cambium. It produces secondary tissue. Such vascular bundle are described as open because the original or primary phloem and xylem separate on the production of xylem separate on the production of secondary tissues by vascular cambium.
Dicot Stem Vascular bundles are said to be open when cambium is present in between the xylem and phloem. Conjoint means the xylem and phloem are united and are present on the same radius.
