Read the given information and decide the appropriate course of action. NEET examination has laid the following conditions to qualify for appearance in the NEET Exam. 1. Candidate should pass Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry group. 2. Candidate should have completed 17 years as on 31-03-2018. 3. Candidate should have opted for Biology, Physics and Chemistry in Grade 12. Candidate 1: Ram’s date of birth is 14-05-2001, with 40% marks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidate 2: Sham’s date of birth is 16-08-2000, with 60% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Who is eligible to write the NEET Exam?

Aprivatefirmhaslaid downfollowing criteria for se lection of Executive officers (Finance): The candidate must (i) be a graduate in any discipline in first class with minimum 60% marks. (ii) have obtained postgraduate management degree/ diploma with specialisation in Finance with minimum 55% marks. (iii) be willing to work anywhere in India. (iv) be not less than 22 years and not more than 28 years of age as on 1.10.2006. (v) have cleared the selection test with minimum 50% marks. However, if a candidate satisfies all the above m entioned criteria EXCEPT- (A) at (ii) above, but has done post graduation in Economics with minimum 60% marks or h as passed CA I ICWA exam, the case may be referred to the CEO of the firm.
