The speed of a boat in still water is 6 km/h. Time taken by the boat to cover a certain distance upstream is 3 hours more than the time taken to cover the same distance downstream. If the speed of the stream is 2 km/h, then what is the total distance, upstream and downstream, covered by the boat? स्थिर जल में किसी नाव की चाल 6 किमी/घंटा है | धारा के विपरीत किसी निश्चित दूरी को तय करने में नाव को लगने वाला समय धारा के अनुकूल इसी दूरी को तय करने में लगने वाले समय से 3 घंटा अधिक है | यदि धारा की चाल 2 किमी/घंटा है, तो नाव के द्वारा धारा के विपरीत तथा धारा के अनुकूल तय की गयी कुल दूरी ज्ञात करें |

A tyre has 2 punctures. The first puncture alone would have made the tyre flat in 9 minutes and the second alone would have done it in 6 minutes. If air leaks out at a constant rate, how long does it take both the punctures together to make it flat? एक टायर में दो पंक्चर हैं। पहला पंक्चर अकेला टायर को 9 मिनट में फ्लैट कर देता है और दूसरा पंक्चर अकेला वह 6 मिनट में कर देता है। यदि हवा स्थिर गति से निकले, तो दोनों पंक्चर मिल कर उसे कितनी देर में फ्लैट कर देंगे?
