Find [(veca ,vecb ,vecc)]if veca=hat i-2...

Find `[(veca ,vecb ,vecc)]`if `veca=hat i-2hatj+3hatk, vecb=2i-3j+k,vecc=3hati+hatj-2hatk`

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

As we know that `[(veca ,vecb ,vecc)]= veca*(vecb xx vecc)`
and `veca*(vecb xx vecc) =abs((1,-2,3),(2,-3,1),(3,1,-2))`
so by solving along `R_1` the determinant we get
`=1[6-1]+2[-4-3]+3[2+9] = 24`
