If p and q are two coprime numbers, write their HCF and LCM

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

P and Q are two co prime numbers so they have no common factor other than 1. So HCF is 1.
Now we know product of LCM and HCF of two numbers is equal to product of two numbers.
so `LCM(p,q) xx 1= p xx q`
so `LCM(p,q)= p xx q`
