(i) `H_(2)O_(2)` oxidises acidified KI to iodine
`2Kl + H_(2)O_(2) + H_(2)SO_(4) to I_(2) + K_(2)SO_(4)+ 2H_(2)O`
(ii) `H_(2)O_(2)` reduces `KMnO_(4)` to `MnO_(2)` in alkaline medium.
`2KMnO_(4) + 3H_(2)O_(2) to 2MnO_(2) + 2KOH + 3O_(2) + 2H_(2)O`
