Method to calculate equivalent weight of some compounds
For Element M
`because` 16 g oxygen reacts with 56 g element M
`therefore` 8 g oxygen will react with `=(8xx56)/(16)=28`
`therefore` Equivalent mass of element = 28
For Oxide MO
`because` 16 g oxygen produce 72 g oxide
`therefore` 8 g oxygen will produce `=(8xx72)/(16)=36`
`therefore` Equivalent mass of oxide = 36.
