The beat frequency of heart of a person ...

The beat frequency of heart of a person is 1.35 H z. How many times, does it beat in a minute ? What is the time period ?
Hint `:` Number of oscillations in `1s =1.35`
Find number of oscillations in 60 s , and `T= (1)/(v)`

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Number of oscillations in `1 s= 1.35`
Number of oscillations in `60 s =1.35 xx 60 = 81`
Heart beats 81 times a minute
Timper period `T= (1)/(v) = (1)/(1.35) = 0.74 s`
