Out of the given options, prokaryotic cell does not have mitochondria to generate energy. A typical prokaryotic cell (i.e., bacterial cell) has cell wall just below the glycocalyx composed of peptidoglycan. They also have ribosome and DNA just like eukaryotes. They generate few energy or ATP via glycolysis (when oxygen is available) and lactic acid fermentation (when oxygen is unavailable).
