Let the rate of the potatoes is `P` Rs per kg, rate of tomatoes is `T` Rs per kg and rate of cucumber is `C` Rs per kg.

Also, `yT = 2(4C) =>yT = 8C->(2)`

Also, `yT = 1/3(3P) =>yT = P->(3)`

From (1), (2) and (3),
