Given, `a_(ij)={{:((1)/(2)|2i-3j|","i!=j),(|2i-j|","i=j):}`
Now,
`a_(11)=|2-1|=1`
`a_(12)=(1)/(2)|2-6|=2`
`a_(13)=(1)/(2)|2-9|=(7)/(2)`
`a_(21)=(1)/(2)|4-3|=(1)/(2)`
`a_(22)=|4-2|=2`
`a_(23)=(1)/(2)|4-9|=(5)/(2)`
