Which out of 0.1 M HCl and 0.1 M NaCl, do you expect to have greater `Lambda_(m)^(oo)` and why ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

HCl will have gerater value for `wedge_(m)^(@)` because `H^(+)` ions are smaller than `Na^(+)` ions. Consequently, `H^(+)` ions will have greater ionic mobility and hence ionic conductance than `Na^(+)` ions.
