small amount of water. List two changes he is likely to observe in the china dish
immediately after pouring water.

When a small amount of water is poured on a piece of quick lime-
it reacts vigorously with water and a hissing sound is produced and slaked lime is formed .
the reaction mixture become hot as it is an exothermic reaction.
