Let length of room is `x` in meters then breadth will be `2x` in meters.
Now, area of floor ` = 175.50/3.25 = 54 m^2`
`:. x**2x = 54`
`=>x^2 = 27=> x = 3sqrt3 m`
So, Length of room `= 3sqrt3 m`
Breadth of room `= 2*3sqrt3 = 6sqrt3 m`
Now, area of walls ` = 2(l+b)h -8`
Here, we have subtracted `8` as door and windows occupy `8 m^2` area.
