Do the lines (x+3)/(-4)=(y-4)/1=(z+1)/7 ...

Do the lines `(x+3)/(-4)=(y-4)/1=(z+1)/7 and (x+1)/(-3)=(y-1)/2=(z+10)/8` intersect? If so find the point of intersection.
