Water in second type of liquid `= 35%`
Now, a glass is filled with `10` parts of first liquid and `4` parts of second liquid.
`:.` Part of water in glass ` = 10*20/100+4*35/100`
`=2+1.4 = 3.4`
Total part of liquid in glass `=10+4= 14`
`:.` Percentage of water in new mixture in glass `= 3.4/14**100 = 170/7 = 24 2/7%`
