Let `(a,b)` is the center of the circle and `r` is the radius of the circle.
Then, we have,
`(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2 = r^2`
As this circle is passing through `(0,0)`,
`:. (0-a)^2+(0-b)^2 = r^2`
`=>a^2+b^2 = r^2->(1)`
Now, equation of the circle is,
`x^2+y^2-2ax-2by = 0`
