`=192500**60` ml per hour `= 192500**60` cm^3 per hour
`:.` Area of container `**` Rate of flow`(x) = 192500**60` cm^3 per hour
`=>22/7**3.5**3.5**x = 192500**60`
`=>x = (192500**60**7**2**2)/(22**7**7) = 300000` cm/hour
`=> x = 3000` m/h
`=>x = 3 ` km/h
So, rate of flow of water is `3` km/hour.
