The p-V diagram is shown in figure. During the part AB of figure, V is proportional to T. Thus , `(V)/(T`) is constant, Using `(pV)/(t)=nR`, we see that the pressure p is constant in this part, This is represented by part A'B' in the p-V diagram. During the part BC, volume is constant, Thus, p/T is constant. As the temperature decreases, pressure also decreases. This is represented by the part B'C' in the p-V diagram. During the part CA, the temperature remains constant so that pV =constant. Thus, p is inversely proportional to V, This is represented by the part C'A' in the p-V diagram. `
