In the plane of paper, vectors `v_(1)` and `v_(2)` lie. Their resultant is not zero. To get zero resultant, a third vector `v_(3)` should be present in direction opposite to the resultant of `v_(1)` and `v_(2)`

Resultant of vectors `v_(1),v_(2)` and `v_(3)` is zero.

So, there must be minimum three coplanar vectors to get zero resultant. Here `v_(1), v_(2)` and `v_(3)` have different magnitudes.
