What is electromagnetic induction? State Faraday's laws of electromagnetic induction.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Faraday's laws of electromagnetic induction :
First law : Whenever there is a change in the magnetic flux associated with a circuit, an emf is induced in the circuit.
second law : The magnetude of the induced emf is directly proportional to the time rate of change of magnetic flux through the circuit.
