If `|vec(a)+vec(b)|=|vec(a)-vec(b)|`
We know that when `(vec(a)+vec(b)).(vec(a)-vec(b))=0`, then `vec(a)` is perpendicular to `vec(b)`.
`=vec(a).vec(a)-vec(a).vec(b)+vec(b).vec(a)-vec(b).vec(b)=0`
`vec(a)` is perpendicular to `vec(b)`
