Av=constant
`therefore` For tube ,
`(8xx10^-8)xx((0.15)/(60))=Av_1`
For holes ,
`(40xx10^-8)xxv=A_2V_2`

`therefore 40xx10^-8xxv=(8xx10^-4xx0.15)/(60)`
`rArr v=(8xx10^(-4)xx0.15)/(40xx10^(-8)xx60)=5ms^(-1)`
