Balancing condition of potentiometer is given by
if `I_(1)` is incressed by 1m then new length will
`I_(1)=10m+1m=11m`
`therefore` new balancing length of wire `(l_(2))` is
`(mu^_(1))/(l_(2))=(E_(1))/(E_(2)) rarr (11)/(l_(2))=4 therefore L_(2)=11/4=2.75 m`
