(a) Nucleosome consists of eight molecules of histones.
(b) These histortes are proteins that are rich in basic amino acid residues, lysines and arginines which carry positive charges.
(c) These histones (two each of `H_(2)A, H_(2)B, H_(3) and H_(4)`) get organised to form his tone octamer.
(d) DNA is negatively charged and it is wrapped around positively charged histone octamer.
