a. which wire has greater resistance?
b. greater specific resistance?

a. For a given wire, `R=rho l/A`, i. e. `Rprop1/A`
So the thinner wire will have greater resistance
b.Specific resistance (`rho`) is a material property. It does not depend of `l` or `A`.
So, both the wire will have same specific resistance.
