An object is at a distance of `d=2.5 cm` from the surface of a glass sphere with a radius `R=10 cm.` Find the position of the final image produced by the sphere. The refractive index of glass is `mu_1.5.`

Applying `mu_2/v-mu_1/u=(mu_2-mu_1)/R` two times
`1.5/v_1-1.0/-2.5=(1.5-1.0)/(+10)`
Solving, we get `v_1~~-4.3 cm`
Again applying the same equation, we get
`1.0/v_2-1.5/(-24.3)=(1.0-1.5)/(-10)`
Solving, we get `v_2~~-85 cm`
or `QI_2=85 cm` (towards left)
