The correct Answer is:
B

`d sin theta= 2lambda` (for second order maxima)
`sin theta = 2lambda/d = 2 xx 1/4 = 1/2`
` :. theta = 30^@`
For maxima, `dsintheta = nlambda`
`:. n_max = d/lambda =4 ` `(for `theta =90^@`)
So, there are total 7 maxima corresponding to
`n=0, +-1, +-2 and +-3`.
We cannot take n=4, as it is for `theta = 90^@`, which is
out of screen.
