Therefore
`OA=OB-OC-OD=OE=OF`
`=r=10cm=10^(-1)m`
As potential is scalar, there for C potential at O is

`V=6xx(q)/(4piepsi_0r)=(9xx10^9xx6xx5xx10^-6)/(10^-1)`
`=2.7xx10^(6)V`.
