Displacement of bolt at `4 s` :
`S_b = 20 xx 4 - (1)/(2)10 (4)^2 = 0 m`
Displacement of ligt `B` at `4 s` :
`S_B = 10 xx 4 - (1)/(2) xx 2 xx (4)^2 = 24 m` downward
So displacement of bolt relative to `B` :
`S_(b//B) = 0 - 24 = -24 m`.
