Error is 100 year = 0.02s
`Error in 1 sec = (0.02s)/(100xx365(1)/(4)xx24xx60xx60) = (2xx10^(-2)xx4)/(1461xx24xx35xx10^4) = 7.9xx10^(13) s~~ 10^(-12)s`
Hence, the accuracy of the standerd cesium clock in measuring a time interval of 1 s is `10^(-12)s`
