The voltage across a lamp is `(6.0 +- 0.1) V` and the current passing through it is `(4.0 +- 0.2)` ampare. Find the power consumed by the lamp.

Here, `V = (6.0+-0.1) volt, I = (4.0 +- 0.2)A,`
P = ?
`P =VxxI = 6.0xx4.0 =24.0 watt`
`((DeltaP)/(V) +(DeltaI)/(I)) = +-((0.1)/(6.0)+(0.2)/(4.0))`
`=+- (0.0166 + 0.0500) = +-0.066`
`DeltaP= +- 0.066xxP = +- 0.066xx24.0`
`=+-1.584 = +-1.6 watt`
Hence,` power = (24.0 +- 1.6)watt`
