Two artificial satellites one close to the surface and the other away, are revolving around the earth. Which one has larger speed?

The relation for orbital speed is
`upsilon = sqrt(GM//(R + h))`.
Where `h` is the height of the satellite above the Earth's surface. Clearly, the smaller is the value of `h`, greater is the value of `upsilon` and vice versa.Hence, satellite revolving close to Earth has larger speed.
