The pressure in a liquid near the bottom the liquid will decrease. It is so because the total pressure at a point near the bottom of liquid is equal to the sum of the pressure due to column of liquid and due to air inside the jar. When the air inside the jar is pumped out, the pressure due to air inside the jar decreases.
