Whan air is blown in between two balls suspended close to each other, they are attracted towards each other. Why?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

On blowing air inbetween the two balls, the air velocity is increased and hence pressure is decreased there. Now the pressure on the outer side of the balls being more will exert the forces on the balls so that they move towards each other, resulting a collision between them.
