The correct Answer is:
[10930 `cm^(3) s^(-1)`]

Here, `r_(1)=(9//2)cm=4.5 cm, r_(2)=2 cm, h=4cm`,
`a_(2)=pi r_(1)^(2)=pixx(4.5)^(2) cm^(2)`,
`a_(2)=pi r_(2)^(2)=pixx2^(2) cm^(2)`
Volume of water flowing through pipe per second
`V=a_(1) a_(2)sqrt((2gh)/(a_(1)^(2)-a_(2)^(2)))`
`=pixx(4.5)^(2)xx(pixx2^(2)) sqrt((2xx980xx4)/(pi^(2)xx(4.5)^(4)-pi^(2)xx(2)^(4)))`
`=pixx(4.5)^(2)xx2^(2)sqrt((2xx980xx4)/((4.5)^(4)-2^(4)))=10930 cm^(3) s^(-1)`
