Two simple pendulum of unequal lengths wihile oscillating meet each other at mean position. What is their phase difference ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

When both the simple pendulums are moving in the same direction, the phase difference between them is `0^(@)`, i.e,m `phi=0^(@)`. When both the simple pendulums are moving in opposite direction, then the phase difference between them is `180^(@)` or `pi` rad.
