A candle flame is held `2 metre` above the water level in a tank `4 metre` deep. If `mu` of water is `4//3`, where will image of candle flame be seen ?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The image of candle flame is seen due to reflection of light from water surface in the tank. The image will be at a depth of 2 metre from the surface of water in the tank.
