`X_1` is an AND gate and `X_2` is a NAND gate.
In the first case, when A=1 , B=1, and C=1 then for the AND gate Y'=1 and for the NAND gate the inputs are 1,1 .

For the AND gate, Y'=0 and for the NAND gate, the inputs are 0,0
