Vegetable oils which contain unsaturated fatty acids are good for health as they do not increase cholesterol.
(ii) Vegetable ghee contains saturated fatty acids which are harnful, they increase cholesterol and increase lipids in blood.
(iii) Hence, vegetable oils are healthy as compared to vegetable ghee.
